Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) announced a series of community events this week, inviting residents to engage with officers and strengthen local partnerships. These initiatives aim to foster communication and keep the community informed through various outreach programs.
Upcoming events include a Touch-a-Truck Event on Saturday, September 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Mason District, and a Middle Eastern Food Festival in the McLean District from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the same day. A Personal Safety Presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in West Springfield, followed by a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Sully District.
