U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) yesterday arrested several "worst of the worst" criminal illegal aliens, including individuals convicted of murder, armed robbery, assault, and driving while intoxicated. These arrests highlight the Department of Homeland Security's ongoing commitment to public safety and the removal of illegal aliens from communities.
Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin emphasized the agency's dedication. "Every day, the men and women of ICE are risking their lives to arrest and remove the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens from our communities. Just yesterday, ICE arrested murderers, armed robbers, drunk drivers, and other dangerous criminals," said Mullin.
Among those apprehended were Tho Van Huynh, convicted for murder and armed robbery in Georgia; Victor Manuel Cervantes-Santillanes, for second-degree murder and attempted murder in Nevada; and Phai You, for second-degree murder in Massachusetts. Michael Cousins, convicted for manslaughter in New York, and Gerardo Madrid, with convictions including assault, illegal reentry, and multiple counts of driving while intoxicated in Texas, were also arrested.
Secretary Mullin reiterated President Trump's firm stance on immigration enforcement. "President Trump has made it clear: Illegal aliens are NOT welcome in our nation. If you’re in America illegally: LEAVE NOW, or we will find you, arrest you, and deport you."
