U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the arrest of five criminal illegal aliens convicted of crimes including statutory aggravated rape of a child, sexual battery of a minor and sexual abuse, the Department of Homeland Security said.
"America's brave ICE law enforcement put their lives on the line every day to enforce U.S. law and arrest illegal aliens. Just yesterday, ICE arrested pedophiles, sexual predators, and other disgusting criminals across the country," said Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin.
"Under President Trump, the safety of the American people always comes first. We will not stop until every illegal alien is off our streets and out of our communities, so they can no longer threaten the lives, dreams, and futures of American citizens," Mullin said.
Those arrested include Diony Edith Ramirez-Patino, a Colombian convicted of statutory aggravated rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in Boston, Massachusetts.
Magdilio Diaz-Vazquez, a Guatemalan, was convicted of rape of a child and statutory sexual assault in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Jose Mendoza, a Mexican, was convicted of sexual battery of a minor in Red Bluff, California.
Paul Brown, a Jamaican, was convicted of unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of a minor and endangering the welfare of children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sabas Hernandez-Gomez, a Mexican, was convicted of sexual abuse in Riverhead, New York.
ICE said it will continue removing illegal aliens so they can no longer threaten the lives, dreams and futures of American citizens.
