Granicus is promoting its integrated digital communications and engagement solution, saying it can help governments of all levels and sizes connect with residents and improve trust.
The company said the platform is designed to amplify and digitize common communication tasks, leading to more positive experiences between government agencies and the people they serve. It offers multi-channel messaging across social media, text and email, along with opt-in subscriptions that can be customized for a government website.
According to Granicus, the solution also supports personalized communications by capturing activity, participant attributes and existing information to unify data across systems, allowing residents to create a profile and log in from anywhere.
Real-time reporting and analytics are included to help agencies understand what information, services and projects resonate with residents, the company said.
Granicus cited several government users. Sarah Swenson, of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Stakeholder Engagement Branch, said: "The dramatic increase we've seen in the engagement rate for our account means that more people are learning about their right to access this important environmental information."
Carrie Gray, Child Care Development Fund Operations Manager at Indiana FSSA, said: "We're getting the right data set up at the right times and understanding which audience to hit and win. With the help of Granicus, we've had a good line of communication. We can get things set up on the fly."
Sabrina Martin, Community Engagement Coordinator for the City of Baytown, TX, said the platform helped the city meet residents where they are. "They're seeing that we are being transparent... and that we're responding in a timely manner that's helpful for them," she said.
Matthew Kaiser, Communications and Marketing Director for Fairfax, VA, said the platform facilitates connections between neighborhoods. "Digitally, it's useful to have a good way to provide a timeline of information and connect residents around topics," he said.
Granicus said its products include Communications (govDelivery) and Sentiment & Feedback (EngagementHQ), and it is inviting agencies to book a demo.
