Solar activity is forecast to remain low for the next three days, with a slight chance of an M-class flare occurring on September 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet to unsettled, with solar wind speed peaking at 437 km/s and total Interplanetary Magnetic Field (IMF) reaching 6 nT. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit peaked at 2315 pfu. The geomagnetic field is predicted to be at quiet levels for September 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
Probabilities for M-class flares are set at 10% for each of the next three days. Middle latitudes have a 10% chance of active geomagnetic conditions, while high latitudes face a 15% chance of active conditions and a 15% chance of minor storms over the same period.
