"We're working closely with our ocean carrier, shipper, and terminal partners to identify opportunities to grow cargo through Oakland and give more customers reasons to choose this gateway."
The Port of Oakland says it supports 98,345 jobs in the region and $174 billion in annual economic activity, and oversees Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport, the Oakland Seaport and nearly 20 miles of waterfront.
