U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently announced the arrest of several "worst of the worst" criminal illegal aliens, including individuals convicted of murder, attempted sexual assault of a child, first-degree sexual conduct, and drug trafficking. These arrests are part of ongoing efforts to remove dangerous individuals from the country.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said, "Just yesterday, ICE arrested murderers, pedophiles, sexual predators, drug traffickers, and other public safety threats." He added that the Department of Homeland Security is "committed to delivering President Trump’s promise to the American people to deport illegal aliens and make America safe again."

Among those arrested were Osbert Marion Otien Owuor, convicted for murder in Compton, California; Douglas Benitez-Herrera, convicted for manslaughter and aggravated assault in Nashville, Tennessee; and Daniel Santos-Aguilar, convicted for attempted sexual assault of a child in Madison County, Alabama. Javier Zapien-Arreola, convicted for first-degree sexual conduct in Minnesota, and Julio Rudolfo Roldan-Hernandez, convicted for cocaine distribution conspiracy in Tampa, Florida, were also apprehended.

The Department of Homeland Security noted that over three million illegal aliens have left the U.S. in one year under President Trump's leadership.
