United States Attorney Clint Johnson announced the results of the May Federal Grand Jury 2024-B Indictments. The indictments charge multiple individuals with violations of United States law. An indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome a defendant’s presumption of innocence.
Those indicted include:
Alejandro Aldave, 36, of Tulsa, is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; maintaining a drug-involved premises; and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam D. McConney is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-173
Daniel Allen Ash, 32, and Amber Dawn Murphy, 30, of Commerce, are charged with second-degree murder and child neglect in Indian Country. Ash is further charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a minor under 12 years of age in Indian Country and possession of child pornography in Indian Country. David Moses Castro-Rivera, 22, a Honduran national, is charged with unlawful reentry of a removed alien. Assistant U.S. Attorney William Dill is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-183
Javier Cortez Banda, 36, a Mexican national, is charged with unlawful reentry of a removed alien. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Whipple is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-184
James Devon Davis, 29, of Tulsa, is charged with felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition and possession of a firearm and ammunition after conviction for a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence. Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Dewhurst is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-177
Bradley Ray Dick, 47, of Claremore, is charged with child abuse in Indian Country. Assistant U.S. Attorney Tara Heign is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-176
Stephen Dale Homer, 57, of McAlester, is charged with production of child pornography; international production of child pornography; and possession of child pornography. Robert Marcus Johnston, 19, of Tulsa, is charged with assault of an intimate/dating partner by strangling and attempting to strangle in Indian Country. Assistant U.S. Attorney Melissa Weems is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-169
Kaci Anne-Rene Lima, 36, of Tulsa, is charged with bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Buscemi is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-179
Jorge Antonio Lopez Vasquez, 39, a Mexican national, is charged with unlawful reentry of a removed alien. Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Dewhurst is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-180
Olajuwon Hasan Myers, 39, of Phoenix, Arizona, is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mandy Mackenzie is prosecuting the case. 25-CR-178
Ricardo Plateado-Martinez, 34, of Broken Arrow; Rosa Maria Olmos, 35, of Broken Arrow; Rafael Gonzalez, 31, of Beaumont; and Joel Rosales Pina, 40, a Mexican National are charged with drug conspiracy; conspiracy to commit international money laundering; maintaining a drug-involved premises; and conspiracy to import a controlled substance.
