The Washington Post is reporting that U.S. District Judge Myong J. Joun has ruled against the Trump administration's revised eligibility requirements for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. The judge sided with a coalition of nonprofits, states, cities and unions that challenged the legality of the changes. The Public Service Loan Forgiveness program is designed to cancel the education debt of government and nonprofit employees after 10 years of service and 120 monthly loan payments.
