France 24 is reporting that negotiators representing Ukraine, Russia and the United States have begun three-way talks in Abu Dhabi. Emirati Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed confirmed the meetings Friday. Earlier in the day, Russia reiterated its position on the ongoing conflict.
