The recall affects individuals with allergies or severe sensitivities to these ingredients, who face a risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the products. The undeclared allergens were not listed in English on the individual soy sauce and vinegar red pepper paste packets.
Products were distributed through WOOLTARI USA Inc. and JAYONE FOODS, Inc., reaching consumers via retail stores, direct delivery, and wooltariusa.com. Affected items include "Sliced Korean Halibut with Soy sauce, Wasabi, Vinegar Chili Paste" with best before dates 2026.05.07, 2026.07.11, and 2026.12.08, and "PRODUCT FLOUNDER SASHIMI WITH SAUCE."
No illnesses related to the consumption of these recalled products have been reported to date.
