Rocket Lab Achieves 93rd Mission Success with iQPS Satellite Deployment

Rocket Lab has successfully completed its 93rd mission, deploying a single satellite for constellation operator iQPS from Launch Complex 1. This marks the company's 14th launch of the year, continuing its rapid deployment schedule.

The mission, named 'The Lightning God Defends', launched at 1:04 a.m. NZST on August 21. It successfully placed the latest QPS-SAR satellite into a 575km low Earth orbit, where it will conduct synthetic aperture radar (SAR) Earth imaging.

This launch contributes to iQPS's constellation, enhancing its capabilities for Earth observation. Rocket Lab continues to be a key player in providing dedicated launch services for small satellites.
