The affected products include Grand Central Bakery Potato Market Loaf (20oz, UPC 733163001576), Potato Table Loaf (20oz, no packaging), and Mini Potato Loaf (12oz, no packaging). These ready-to-eat breads were distributed to grocery stores, select restaurants, wholesalers, and four Grand Central Bakery Café locations in Burien, Eastlake, Wallingford, and Wedgewood.

The list of grocery stores where the bread was sold has been updated to include Metropolitan Markets, alongside Central Co-op, Fred Meyer Stores, PCC Markets, QFC Stores, Whole Foods Markets, and others. No injuries or illnesses have been reported to date, and the issue is linked to a single batch of dough.
