Observed solar wind speed peaked at 357 km/s, with protons greater than 10 MeV reaching 18 pfu. Probabilities for minor geomagnetic storms in middle latitudes are 15% on July 31st, while high latitudes face a 25% chance of minor storms and a 50% chance of major-severe storms on the same day.
