The U.S. Census Bureau is hosting two free webinars on Thursday, August 27, to guide the public on effectively utilizing its extensive data for economic insights and business growth.
The first session, "Economic Data on data.census.gov," will teach participants how to navigate business data, apply search techniques, and create visualizations to highlight industry and geographic trends. Both webinars are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. ET.
Concurrently, a second webinar titled "Market Entry and Growth" will present a real-world case study demonstrating how Census Bureau programs can be leveraged to understand markets, identify opportunities, and plan for sustainable business development.
These events are part of the Census Academy's ongoing efforts to provide practical training for various applications, including business planning, grant proposals, and urban development. Upcoming webinars in September will cover rural data and connecting jobs with walkability.
