The University of Pennsylvania, in collaboration with a consortium of university partners, has launched a new $21.5 million Artificial Intelligence (AI) Institute for Human-AI Cooperation, funded by the National Science Foundation. This significant initiative aims to explore and advance how AI technologies can substantially improve healthcare outcomes across various settings.
Penn researchers from three distinct schools will play a crucial role within the institute, concentrating on the development of trustworthy AI systems.
