The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) have announced a series of public meetings and contested case hearings scheduled throughout August, September, and early October 2026. These events will address various environmental permit applications, renewals, and amendments across Texas, covering air quality, wastewater discharge, and groundwater conservation.
