A federal grand jury has indicted Levi Stoner, 20, of Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, on charges of child pornography and online enticement, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced.

According to United States Attorney Brian D. Miller, the indictment alleges that between September 26, 2025, and December 5, 2025, Stoner "enticed a minor child to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing videos of that conduct." It is also alleged that Stoner "received images over the internet depicting child pornography of the minor child."

The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) investigated the case, with Assistant United States Attorney Christian Haugsby prosecuting. This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide Department of Justice initiative launched in 2006 to combat child sexual exploitation.

If found guilty, Stoner faces severe penalties, including up to life imprisonment, a term of supervised release of at least five years, and fines up to $750,000. All persons charged are presumed innocent unless and until found guilty in court.
