The New York Stock Exchange says it intends reopening markets on Wednesday after closing on Monday and Tuesday due to Superstorm Sandy. NYSE Euronext (NYX) had closed its markets in coordination with all U.S. equities, bonds, options and derivatives markets.
During the height of the storm the New York financial district was flooded.
