HSI arrests fugitive wanted in Massachusetts for money laundering
ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents arrested 47-year-old Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) fugitive Juan Carlos Guadalupe-Nunez Thursday in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He is wanted in the state of Massachusetts for money laundering.
