Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) the Honorable Ray Mabus speaks with members of the media after a ceremony celebrating the naming of the Virginia-class submarine, USS Indiana (SSN 789), at the Indianapolis War Memorial. Mabus thanked the people of Indiana for their support of and contributions to the Navy and discussed the special bond that exists between a state and its namesake vessel.
