Justin Bieber Announces 2012 Headlining North American Tour

(Newsroom America) -- Platinum-selling pop singing sensation Justin Bieber has announced a headlining tour of North America.

The "Believe" Tour, presented by AEG Live and featuring Carly Rae Jepsen as special guest through January, will begin September 29th in Glendale, Arizona at the Jobing.com Arena and blaze a trail through more than 45 cities before wrapping up in Miami, Florida on January 26, 2013 at the American Airlines Arena.

Justin Bieber's Fan Club Presale will begin at Noon local time on Wednesday, May 23rd. Through joining BieberFever.com, fans will receive a pre-sale access code which allows the purchase of up to 4 tickets for up to 4 shows on the tour plus some exclusive Bieber merchandise.

American Express will offer a pre-sale to U.S. residents May 24th through May 31st and Canadian residents May 24th through May 30th. General public on-sales will follow on June 1st for Canadian residents and June 2nd for U.S. residents.

A number of VIP packages will also be offered on the upcoming tour. In addition to great seats, VIP packages can include Meet & Greets and photo opportunities with Justin Bieber, autographed memorabilia, and exclusive VIP merchandise.

Additionally, $1.00 from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise, a charity which works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world. The goal is to build 15 schools around the world for needy children. Details at www.pencilsofpromise.com
